I also take a keen interest in cloud computing, paid content and the development of pay walls, open source software within a business environment and how technology changes society.
I've got nearly eight years experience in Customer Services and Contact Team management, four of those working within IT support centres. I've worked for a range of blue-chip companies such as BUPA, Siemens IT Services and the BBC.
I'm also a member of the Chartered Institute of IT.
